A four-day culinary pop-up at 100Oslo with over 70 guests, in collaboration with Chef Salim Feng.
Bringing the flavors of Taiwan to the Nordic shores, Landscape on the Table - Ocean was an immersive dining experience where the sea met the plate in unexpected and delightful ways. From the silky depths of a seafood broth infused with soy milk and mountain pepper to the vibrant textures of octopus and mussels nestled in crispy wonton tartlets, each dish was a tribute to the ocean’s bounty.

We explored the delicate balance of Taiwanese techniques and Norwegian ingredients, showcasing dishes like Langoustine-topped sticky rice, Drunken Shrimp bisque with Shaoxing wine foam, and tea-infused salmon risotto. Every plate told a story, every bite echoed the rhythm of the waves.
This event was a continuation of PÁ - Smaken av Taiwan, a collaboration with Chef Salim Yuhe Fang, blending Taiwanese culinary heritage with Norway’s landscapes. Since 2020, we’ve been on a mission to bring bold, soulful flavors to new audiences, offering a taste of Taiwan with a Nordic twist.
