Hsiang Hsiang Wang grew up in Taiwan, a land where food is not just nourishment but a way of life. Trained as a landscape architect, she discovered her passion for cooking while studying in northern Norway, where the stark, dramatic landscapes sparked a deep curiosity about the connections between place, culture, and cuisine. This journey led to the creation of Landscape on the Table, a concept that blends design, storytelling, and flavors into immersive dining experiences.
